From the kitchen

Cooked the way it should be.

Our menu brings together dishes from across the subcontinent’s kitchens. Some are quick and fiery; others take hours. We give each one the time it needs.

The tandoor: Breads, kebabs and tikka are cooked at high heat in the clay oven, which gives them their char and smoke.
Slow cooking: Dals and curries are simmered patiently, so the spices soften and the flavours have time to come together.
On dum: Biryani is layered, sealed and cooked gently in its own steam, so every grain carries the aroma.
